| Call for entries: 35 seconds for 35 years |
Please join us as we celebrate the 35th anniversary of the American Composers Forum.
As members of the new music community, you are the reason ACF exists. On this anniversary we want to hear from you. Post a video to YouTube about your experiences with ACF!
Please follow these steps:
- Make a video no longer than 35 seconds
- Upload to YouTube
- Tell us about it and we will add it to a playlist on our YouTube Channel
- Watch videos about ACF by your fellow composer members!
Tell us what ACF means to you in no more than 35 seconds. Think about the following questions: When did you join? Why did you join? What programs have you participated in? What performances have you attended? Have you been commissioned to write a piece through ACF? How has ACF impacted your life and career? What do you think of when you think of ACF? What would the world be like if ACF had never been formed? What do you see as the future for ACF?
Want to participate but don't have the tools? Please let us know and we will be happy to help!
The videos will be available for all to view on our YouTube channel and a selection of submissions will be on view at a 35th anniversary party on September 24, 2010. (Watch your email for more information regarding this event.)
Thank you and happy filming!
