American Composers Forum (“ACF”) does not share, trade, sell, or otherwise give away your e-mail address.  We may use your e-mail address to provide you with information about ACF.  If you decide you don’t want us to do that, simply send us an e-mail in reply asking that we remove you from our e-mail list.

In rare cases, as with any organization or individual, we may need to disclose certain information to comply with a valid legal process, such as a court order, subpoena or search. We also may choose to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims even if this involves the disclosure of information obtained from this Web site.

We take reasonable security measures, but we cannot guarantee that your information won’t be obtained from our data files illegally (e.g., by a hacker).  While we think this is highly unlikely, our lawyers want us to warn you that it is possible.

Our site includes links to other websites. ACF is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of websites other than www.composersforum.org.

We will post any changes to this policy at least 30 days prior to their implementation.
