Genre: New Music

Introduction:
Music, much like computer programming deals with the macro and the micro. Also designer of Music Composition Game (musiccompositiongame.com).

Biography:
Trained at an early age with the St. John's Boys' Choir, I found a love for music. In college I originally pursued computer science after a great post-secondary experience focusing on programming, but after getting a job for mmi interactive and writing an online store I felt it no longer necessary. I then pursued a music composition degree at the University of Minnesota at duluth. I have had the pleasure of being mentored by Dr. Justin Rubin. While in college I wrote for and ran a jazz sextet called Spontaneous Combustion. For that band my works were very free with sections of written music orchestrated for the whole band(alto sax, trp, trbn, bass, piano & perc). My works since then have been chamber pieces that I can play with friends and other works for readings and study.

I play the alto saxophone, oboe, guitar (classical/jazz), and the mandolin.

Also designer of Music Composition Game (musiccompositiongame.com) where 1-5 people create a composition using the compositional techniques using a game method.
