Biography:
Reginald Unterseher (b. 1956) lives in Kennewick, Washington. He has served as Music Director and Composer-In-Residence at Shalom United Church of Christ, Richland, WA, since 1990, where he conducts choirs of children and adults. In addition, he maintains a private voice studio, and is in demand as a choral and vocal adjudicator and clinician. He is one of the founders of Washington East Opera. He is a member of Male Ensemble Northwest (MEN), composed of twelve of the Northwest US's finest choral directors. MEN has appeared at national and regional ACDA conventions to great acclaim, and presents concerts and workshops all over the country, often focusing on increasing and supporting participation by men and boys in choral activities. Mr. Unterseher holds music degrees from Walla Walla College and the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
